Description

Arnica works as an analgesic, anti-inflammatory, circulatory stimulant, and vulnerary. It helps with arthritis, buises, joint paint and stiffness, muscle pain and stiffness, sprains, strains, swelling, torn ligaments.

Warning: Do not ingest (topical use only). Do not use on open wounds or mucous membranes. Do not use long term. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use on children under 7 or the super elderly. Use with caution if you are allergic to the Asteraceae family of plants (i.e. daisy, chamomile, ragweed). Stop using and avoid if it causes redness, itchiness, or inflammation of the skin.
