Are your products organic?

We strive to ensure all our products are organic; unfortunately we are not always able to get certified organic items, specifically in the plant format. While we do our best, there will be times that an item has non-organic materials in it. At these times, the non-organic ingredient will be noted as such.

Can I order a special blend that I like but that you do not offer?

At this time we are not taking special orders. We only offer individualized products through our clinical herbalist appointments. These are formulas that our master herbalist creates based on specific needs of the person to help them in their wellness and health journey.

Can I order essential oils from you?

At this time we are not selling individual essential oils. We do sell blends and other products that utilize essential oils; however, there are many places that offer essential oils and we will happily recommend our own suppliers.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns at this time except in specific circumstances, such as defective or broken bottles and pumps.

What are your store hours?

Our in person store is open for calls and emails every day, except Tuesdays and Wednesday, from 9:30am – 6:30pm. We have staff at our physical location on Fridays and Saturdays from 10am – 5pm.

Are your products local and sustainable?

We strive to use local products, but not all herbs are grown locally. However, we do try to buy American as much as we can. All of our products are sustainable and are in recyclable container that do not have BPA or FPAs.
